Getting Started
Please send us both a hard-paper copy of your manuscript and a copy on disk.
Please review the following paragraph for instructions. If you cannot e-mail
us a copy of your manuscript, our scanning fee is $2 per page in addition to
the editing service fees.
Please send the hard copy of your manuscript to Creative Book Services, 507
N. Sullivan, Suite A-3, Spokane Valley, WA 99037-8531. It needs to be in
8.5" x 11" double-space format with 1 1/4-inch left margin and a minimum of
1” top, bottom and right margins. Include page numbers in the header or
footer. Please do not use fancy fonts or colored text. Limit underlining and
use of italics to a minimum, except for internal dialog where it is
mandatory. Have each chapter begin on a new page and clearly mark the
beginning of each chapter with the appropriate chapter number. Typing should
start 1/3 of the way down on the first page of each new chapter.

Payment Options
Payment in full must accompany all orders. We accept MasterCard, VISA,
Discover, American Express, Paypal, money orders, business checks, personal
checks, cashier checks, and cash. Please make all checks and money orders
payable to: Creative Book Services. Please do not mail cash.
Shipping and Handling Fees
At your request, Creative Book Services will ship your document via U.S.
Postal Service. If you would like your order to be shipped Air Delivery;
please add $10.00 to the shipping and handling fees and allow 1 to 3 days
for delivery.
No Refunds
Since we are a small business, we do not offer refunds. Our policy is that
we work dutifully for our clients and that we make any adjustments if need
be. We offer quality in customer service, so that if in the event of a
client feeling dissatisfied, we work until the job is satisfactory by our
client’s standards.
